Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions

MatterCue is sold through recurring subscription plans. Subscription pricing, user limits, usage limits, and billing intervals are shown at checkout and in the MatterCue billing portal.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel their subscription through the MatterCue portal by selecting Manage Billing, which opens Stripe Customer Portal. Customers may also contact support@mttrai.com for assistance.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or in Stripe Customer Portal, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access generally remains available until the end of the paid billing period, subject to the Terms of Use.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by mttrAI.

Refund requests may be sent to support@mttrai.com. Please include the account email, firm name, subscription plan, and reason for the request.

Approval of a refund in one instance does not guarantee approval of future refunds.

Plan Changes

Customers may change plans or billing intervals through Stripe Customer Portal if available. Plan changes may result in prorated charges, credits, or changes effective at the next billing period depending on Stripe's configuration and the applicable subscription terms.
