How do I get started?
Click Start MatterCue on any plan, enter your firm details, and complete checkout via Stripe. Portal access is created automatically once payment succeeds — no manual approval required.
Is my firm's email data used to train AI models?
No. MatterCue processes email through business-tier AI APIs that do not use customer inputs or outputs to train foundation models by default. Your data is used only to produce the outputs you request.
What email systems does MatterCue work with?
MatterCue works by CC or forward — compatible with any email client your firm uses, including Outlook and Gmail. No integration or plugin is required to get started.
Is there a per-user fee?
No. Pricing is per firm, not per user. Each plan includes a set number of approved users. The Enterprise plan supports up to 10 users.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Log in to your portal and visit the Account page to request a plan change. You can also contact us directly and we'll update your subscription.
